Q&A WITH MAGGIE

Q : Is it ok if I don't know all the specifics for how I want to use my Power Session?

Perfectly ok. We ask that you fill out our Session Form to the best of your ability, however, there will be room for changes and updates as needed.

Q : I like the idea of a Power Session but I'm worried it will add work for me to explain everything.

We have worked with Florists, Planners, Photographers, Videographers, Bespoke Gift Companies and Venues to name a few. Because of our niche skillset and background, this alleviates many pain points associated with having someone else help. Although we may not be as familiar with your systems, we have context and are likely familiar with the platform you are utilizing. Our experience often gives additional insight into ways we can streamline a task and the execution of it.

Q : What is an Intensive Style System Buildout?

Intensive Style means your project is completed on a fast track route involving a series of days that are reserved for your project buildout vs. the project spanning over weeks or months.

Q : What if we don't get everything done during our Power Session? Or complete everything with time left over?

Prior to a Power Session, a form is sent which will ask you to rank your tasks from most important to least. We will go in this order unless otherwise specified at the beginning of our session. Additionally, this is why we created the bundle service. Knowing how many sessions we will have together allows us the flexibility to complete tasks during remaining sessions.

If we complete everything on your list and have time left over, we are happy to fill the time with additional tasks not originally listed.

Q : How do I know if I need a System Buildout or a Power Session?

The simplest way to answer this is by asking yourself, ' Is what I'm looking for more task oriented or is it related to an internal system in my business?' If it is a task (something that can be done quickly) then the power session is for you. If it is an internal system in need of repair, a system buildout is what you're looking for. Still not sure? Reach out and we can point you in the right direction.

Q : I have a system or task not listed. Do you only offer the examples you've mentioned in this guide?

We are open to other systems and tasks not listed. Please be sure to mention them specifically in our consult call or session form so we can discuss if its in our wheelhouse.

Q : What if I'm not sure what systems I need to update?

If you know something needs to change but are not clear on exactly what, our Discovery Experience is a great place to start. If this sounds like you, lets chat through options on our initial consult.

Q : Can you explain the difference between a System Refresh, Renovation & System Buildout?

Refresh | There is a system in place, and it mostly works for you it just needs a light update

Renovation | There is a system in place that mostly works for you, but there is a high volume of to-do's associated with getting it back on track

Buildout | There is either no system or a complete swap from the system you are using
